Hi Everyone,

Our next luncheon will be in about a 1-1/2 weeks (RSVP by 4/17).  This will be our 2nd time at Cheeseburger in
Paradise (Huntersville area).  Hopefully, the weather will be warm so they can open the windows!  See details
below.

French Meadow Bakery (Rich Products Corp.) - I was contacted by a representative from Rich headquarters as
well as the Southeastern Regional Manager, Michael Bradshaw.  They would like us to try some of their gluten-free
bakery items.  I have confirmed with them that their products are made in a dedicated facility, tested monthly, all
items used are certified gluten-free, and the French Meadow products are labeled "gluten-free."  They have started
offering these gluten-free products in one Lowes store [ click here ]. The brownies and macaroon cookies were a
huge hit at our April luncheon!
