
| The Walk will be held on the lovely grounds of Freedom Park in The Queen City - Charlotte, NC. We will walk along Duck Pond and then meet in the Pavilion and around Shelter #3. Additional lawn area has been reserved for the picnic, lawn games, or just relaxing on a blanket and lawn chairs to mingle. |

| Entrance for Volunteers & Elderly Only: Turn onto Cumberland Ave. from East Blvd. and go straight into the parking lot of the Indoor Pavilion. |
| Primary Entrance for all Walkers: Turn onto Freedom Park Service Drive (Main Park Entrance) from East Blvd. and continue straight following creek until you come to the end. The parking lots are here (P). I will have directional signs in the park. |

| We will be walking around this pond... |
| 1-1/2 times around the pond is a mile. Thus, if we circle the pond 5 times we will be exceeding goal! Since we celiacs are top performers, I know we can do it! |
