With a little team work and brainstorming, we created a very organized
registration process and had lots of morning snacks....
Registration...
Char created all the signs in the
Pavilion which made for a smooth
registration process.  This first desk
facilitated as registration /
information desk.  Although Char and
Christy started the morning manning
registration, somehow Char managed
to convince her parents to take over
the job..very smooth :)
Daphne Ledford (far right rear),
Betty Renolds and Linda Jackson
(closest right) all greeted walkers
and gave them their package.
Each walker who pre-registered
received an envelope full of
gluten-free samplers, sponsor
brochures, flyers, an Earth Fare
tote bag and, of course, our
celiac walk T-Shirt!
Above are just a sample of the tons of gluten-free snacks we had in the morning
before the walk.  We also had healthy things like fruit and fruit juices..
It's O.K... you can have
anything you want!
It's all safe...
