You can help increase awareness by simply ordering a "personalized" license plate for your
automobile.  That means every person who is driving behind you will get the word "celiac" in
front of them.  Think about how many people you can reach.  If everyone does just a little we
can change the following percentage and get more sick people diagnosed and on the road to
