Celiac is a long journey which doesn't end at diagnosis.  It is a new
lifestyle for life!  The following will help you keep on track...
The Diet
The gluten-free (GF) diet is the agreed upon medical treatment for celiac disease (aka gluten
intolerance), an inherited autoimmune disease.  Individuals with celiac who eat gluten (the proteins
gliadin and prolamine) can cause damage to their small intestine.
